This Mod is safe to use? Cus I've never used a mod before and I just want to know that it won't harm my computer, and after I run to save it, what will happen????

If they made it possible, I'd actually prefer to play spore on Ubuntu... than windows or mac... it annoys me having to constantly restart my computer in order to play spore.

This mod is not really needed if you patched Spore to version .4, just in case you don't know...

Many mods are safe... This one in particular has the exact same code non-Maxis modders used to get this thing done.

Can you still get achievements with the Maxis mod? I read through the first 20 or so pages and couldn't see anywhere if it was asked or answered.

you don't need the mod with patch .04

Oh I must not have that patch then, I just went into my galaxy and was still limited to barely being able to move.

Mods don't affect achievments... that's what official cheats do. In fact there are mods to let you earn achievments even if you cheat.

Err.. Do I need to install the mod at Program Files/Spore/Data? Because I downloaded whole spore to E:\ and theres no program files ahhhhhhhhh what im supposed to do?!? lol

Can you tell in which directory Sporeapp.exe is? The one the shortcut you're using redirects to (you can search for it if you want).

Go to Data in the Spore Files and paste it there. I used to be a mod user until everything didn't work with Spore Patch 5.

Maxis, I got a question. Can you tell me how i can get the expanded radius travel thingy in spore on the space stage. I want to see if I can defeat the grox. However, I hear tha some grox systems are unreachable. If this is true, then can you tell me where can i get a patch for this?
