Vektrix's Contests =Strange Raptor Contest= *1 Hour Left*

Yep, Spore can make it very hard to make a respectful creation of a real figure. Who hasn't tried to make really good human figure (clothed and everything) only to have less than perfect results. However, if you still wish to do a religious theme, you might consider religious buildings or artifacts. A nice Noah's ark, Temple of Karnack or Hammer of Thor, probably could be done. Or any number of other items.

What's the next contest? I've only entered one and I'd like to get a second chance to get a trophy higher than 5th. Something has always gotten in the way and I'd like to join soon.

Well, I've not had any good contest ideas for a while. RL has also gotten in the way, and this is a n easy project to let die. I actually don't want this to die, I do plan on running more. Wait until the Halloween Contets from maxis is over first. MaudDibb, arastoph and I working on a BIG adventure atm, so that is my priority currently.

If anyone has any ideas on what sort of contest they would like to enter, feel free to suggest one.

ANCIENT religious figure contest? No guesses as to which one I'd pick. Raptor contest? You've created tons of them, and like the spice weevil, you may want to see how others would make one. I don't know.
EDIT: Any new ideas? I'd like it if you made a new contest.

STRANGE RAPTOR CONTEST

Create a raptor, that does NOT appear in the fossil record. All entries will get in the cointest sporecast, they will also get in my strange raptors sporecast.

RULES

1) Must be made in one of the Creature editors - so it can be outfitted.
2) Cannot be a real raptor (i.e. Velociraptor)
3) A limit of three entries per person please.
4) Please add the following tags: "vekrapcontest"
5) Asymytry is very much allowed!
6) No freedom, but adddna is allowed.
7) You can use other peoples templates, but you MUST give them credit.

No entries older than 48 hours from today either.

Judging: Again, I will shortlist my favourite ten, and the sporum will get a week to vote on their favourite.

My Criteria will include the name, description, how well it animates as well as the usual stuff regarding colouration and details.

Prizes: The winner will get a subscription and be suggested as a featured creation by me. There will as usual be trophies for the top 3 and entering as well as special prizes (dependent on how generous I am feeling at the time). All entrants will get a comment and rate, and although i don't promise, I hope to make an adventure featuring them all, so you'll have that to look forward to as well (possibly).

Deadline: Sunday November 22nd midnight (London), 7pm (New York) and 8th at 9am (Sydney)
