I've played yesterday with my creature-phase savegame and i got again some creature loading lags, but not as bad as with 1.01. It just took some seconds, especially after i opened the insavegame sporepdia and loaded the preview sporecards. just in 1 case a sporecard of a creature took very long to load which is odd, because it was a rather simple creature. this was a save from a 1.01 game for information.
But so far i'm happy with the patch #2 as i have said earlier in this topic.

That is plenty.

Can you reduce the memory usage that your graphics card uses to see if that makes a difference?

I'll try it out and see. It hadn't crashed for about an hour of gameplay until I hit the Wildlife preserve, so maybe it was a memory issue with my card.

Ok, It is a consistent crash every time I fly down to a wildlife preserve. I posted the Exception report in the bug report thread.

You'll now run into cube planets in Space stage, and you'll be able to colonize, terraform, and interact with these just like other planets. Here's a preview of what you'll be seeing.

Also, we're tracking all issues you report here so we can tackle these as soon as possible.

I've reported the hard drive space problem on to the team. Please keep in mind that the patch itself doesn’t add much of any size to the existing installation. However, there is some temporary room needed to cache the patch during installation.

I've also reported the install failures, I'll send an update if I hear more info.

being able to start on every solid mass in space orbiting a star is needed. like moons and CUBE PLANETS! i just wanna test out walking on one edge to the other of a cube planet mostly. that and see oceans and and other bodies of water defy physics on the edges. i'm a 'science spore' fan, but just like the sims, we need some unreal silly fun every once in a while.

I am no longer sure this patch even worked on my computer. I have tried installing from the game and from the direct download patch, and both times the patcher says my game is patched, while the game says it isn't. Also, I cannot multi-select in my sporepedia, so that leads me to believe something is wrong.

Ironically, I had no problems with the patch that messed everyone up, but the patch that fixed everyone broke my game...

Still waiting for the Mac Patch.
Will this patch fix the invisible planets that I have been getting?
Here is some examples of it:

It started after the first patch.
