Hall of Fame:

Vilageidiotx (4 awards)

Jonathanrex1 (1 award)
Zellex (1 award)
kiswa1 (1 award)
MrComputerGeek (1 award)
Fortune (1 award)
gamespy10 (1 award)
Tleilaxu (1 award)

The following trophies have been awarded. Recipients may do whatever they like with their trophy.

The Myth Et History 2000 award goes to Vilageidiotx for the Pentagon. The Pentagon serves as the United States Department of Defense headquarters and received a fatal blow on September 11, 2001 but has since recovered.

The Myth Et History 1000 award goes to Andeavor for Egyptian statue of Anubis. The Egyptians erected gargantuan statues to their gods, Anubis being the jackal-headed god of the dead and the afterlife.

The Mythology 900 award goes to Jonathanrex1 for Cadborosaurus willsi ("Caddy"), a species of sea serpent said to live in Cadboro Bay in British Colombia.

The Mythology 800 award goes to Zellex for the Hanging Rock, a natural geological formation in Australia which was once avoided because people thought it was home to evil spirits (which it wasn't). Now the reason people avoid it is because they are afraid it is a volcanic plug (which it isn't).

The Mythology 700 award goes to Vilageidiotx for Old North Church, the church in Boston where Paul Revere had lanterns hung as military signals.

The Mythology 600 award goes to Vilageidiotx for the Library of Alexandria, one of the largest libraries of the ancient world.

The Mythology 500 award goes to kiswa1 for the Apollo spacecraft, an important line of spacecraft in the United States that allowed Americans to land on the moon.

The Mythology 400 award goes to MrComputerGeek for the Wright Flyer. The Wright Brothers designed many planes and tested each one with personally. Eventually, they flew a few feet.

The Mythology 300 award goes to Fortune for the Antike Streitwagen (Antique Chariot), a common form of transportation and racing in ancient Greece.

The Untied States 100 award goes to Vilageidiotx for the USS Constitution, the oldest commissioned naval vessel in the world that is still floating.

The Mythology 200 award goes to gamespy10 for the Aztecs, the indigenous people of Mexico.

The Mythology 100 award goes to Tleilaxu for the Banshee, the undead spirit of a woman who screams in the swamps of Scotland.

Congratulations to all who received awards. Keep those creations coming, more of these awards are yet to come! (I'm estimating Mythology 900 will be the next award given, which is only 100 creations away!)

All you need to do is post a link to your creature on this thread. Make sure you tell me what the name of the creature is (so I can find it), as well as well kind of creature it is (centaur, chimera, tooth fairy, etc.) (so I can research it and put it into the proper nation's sporecast). It is helpful to suggest what nation came up with that creature, if you know that info.

Sure. Vehicles and buildings are most welcome, as well as creatures, tribe members. And iIf you have any cells that match a myth (yeah right), go for it!

Greek sporecast is updated.

You're welcome to select from myancient buildings sporecast, there's quite a few chinese and greek buildings that might interest you (and two for Aztec, chichen Itza, even though they're technically Mayan).

Okay I got a couple I can suggest. They are from the creature creator though.

Here is a Kappa from Japanese Myths

http://www.spore.com/sporepedia#qry=sast-500005441841

and this one is based on a Manticore from Greek Myth

http://www.spore.com/sporepedia#qry=usr-Tenar%7C2263812642%3Asast-500006805107

Edit: I should use the large pics I guess.
