First, make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements for the game. If you system does not meet the minimum requirements that game is not supported. Before You Install
Make sure to prep your machine before you install to avoid installation conflicts and errors.
Is Everything Up-To-Date?

EA Download Manager
If you are having trouble with the EA Download manager, fist make sure that the email address you are using to log in with matches the email address you used to purchase Spore.
