I have an idea that people can add to their voice creating topics and such: Use a slider. Have you ever played MySims? When you were selecting a voice, you'd choose your voice by pushing a slider up and down to change it from masculine to feminine and from scary to cute. Why can't we have that in Spore? It seems simple enough to implement.

Cool... but we already get different noises from different mouths. It would most likely decrease realisim. Did you know you can hid extra mouths to give your creature a better sound?
Besides, I think short pieces of speech for the new GA expansion would be better. e.g "Help" or "Hellow"

I think thats the best soloution for voice.

Dude, the different mouths would still have different sounds/voices, but you could change the pitch of the sounds/voices.

Or, if you have a mic, you could record your own voice to use in the civ and space stages!

I really just want more voices in general. I was kinda disappointed how after the Civil stage and up all creatures sound exactly the same in the editor and only have 3 other voice types depending on the profession(religion, military, or econ). I liked how in Tribal it was still determined by what sort of mouth(s) you used.

A voice creator would awesome, though I'd be happy enough to have at least an option to use a more female sounding voice in the editor if your creature does so happen to look more... feminine. That's kinda my biggest annoyance at the moment.

Don't let this thread ever die, and try to get 100 pages of support. Then maybe they might look at it.

I support this idea for the simple reason that we were given an Anthem Creator.

Why implement the ability to create your own musical theme for your creation, yet not have the ability to fully customize how they speak?
