The Empire has seen fit to limit Chelkan Empire transmission officers to text transmissions only.

This does not apply to standard civilians, nor youngers.

Some species (including my first Space stage one, which I stopped because of the reason I'm going to mention) have some really irritating woman voice (at least in the French version), which seems to say "Geooorges, oooh Geooorges... What is iiit, Geooorges ?".

It made me giggle the first few times, but now I can't play that species anymore, and I systematically eradicate any species I encounter which has that voice, on my new world :p

The Empire feels as if a few of its female transmission operators are akin to the "Aunt you never want to meet or talk to again."

I met this empire that sounded like it kept saying that I was lightweight!

No they don't. I have three races with two different "languages", so far.

I've heard a couple of different languages, but never really paid attention to it, only when I've heard the same script a million times. :<

mine was saying something about "business terms" ??(that is if I did not hear wrongly) whenever I traded with my own empire

Everytime one of my empire's citizens says "Babbalabbasqueep", it makes me kinda wish it was a real word.

My favorite is the reverb echo nature girl voice. I love the way she says "hello"

Miiinaaa... waaaaleee... naaaleeeee.... luuuuuluuuuu

My second favorite has to go to the serious voice that sounds like it is playing backwards through MacTalk. I seem to encounter that voice most often with the science-based classes

I uplifted a tiny critter of mine (Snack'em) and, I don't know if it is because they are so tiny, they have this absurdly cute voice. They almost make me shiver due to cuteness overload.

Ohhhh good laughs in this thread. ^___^ It really brightened my day.
