UGHHH, alright, I'm pretty angry, I've been working on this for 2 days. I've entered my code, redeemed, blah blah, and when I go to the EADM it says "no entitlements" under my tab!!!!!!!!I KNOW I'm on the right account, and I've updated EADM, and I think if firewalls, etc. were the problem, it would tell me...
And no, I DO NOT want to download the parts off a third-party website, due to the fact that I trust very few website with dowloads. And besides, the only reason I wanted this pack was to UPLOAD THEM.

So I'd really, really appreciate it if I could get some help.

I have the same problem as Crytix. I even tried turning off my Firewall to get the pack installed, but that did nothing. I don't want to use a third party source, either, unless Simprograms is official (like Maxis let them use the link to download officially as a solution to this problem or something like that). I beleive I have the latest version of EADM, because I updated to include Adobe Air, and then I tried the option to re-install it before downloading the Bots Parts Pack. Has anyone gotten word about what Maxis plans to do? I really hope this gets fixed, soon.

I've successfully redeemed my code at dr. pepper's site, what do I do now?
You should be redirected to this page automatically, if not just go there yourself. https://www.spore.com/login.jsp?redirectTo=/view/drpepper
When you click the download link, it is supposed to open up EADM so that EADM download the file (it isn't suppose to open a normal download that asks you where to save the file.) If EADM does not starting downloading, start EADM and then select the tab with your email address and click the red x to close that tab. Then click sign in and sign in to you spore account (the one you used when registering the Dr. Pepper code). The Dr. Pepper parts pack should show up on the spore account tab of the EADM.
If this doesn't happen, make sure you have updated EADM to the latest version, and turn off anti-virus programs and firewalls that could be blocking EADM.
If all fail, you can get the robot parts pack from a third-party site, which as far as we can tell is identical with the official one.

except downloading it off simprograms of course, then I can only tell you to wait until a Maxis update on this.

My version of EADM is 6.0.0.113. Is this the latest update? I assume so because it hasn't asked me about any updates. It's possible it doesn't do that though, so if it isn't the latest, where can I find the latest update? The EADM website? Man.... I hope Maxis fixes this soon....

Yeah, I tried everything listed, I would rather not download third party, unless it was guaranteed to work completely. What is Maxis planning on doing? This is very frustrating. I am in exactly the same boat as spiritkitten, and it is FRUSTRATING. But I'll wait, as long as Maxis is actually doing something, I'll just make more spaceships.

I am also having the very same issue. Shows the icon that says I have the parts, but I never got them. I have the latest patches and EADM, firewall and virus protection is off.

Is it possible that the link is broken? If you hover above the link you are supposed to click to begin the download in EADM, you can see that the address is set to take you to your main page, not a download.

That could be it. But why then does this only happen to some people? Others seem to have gotten through just fine.

Ok i'm dowloading the thing i got through every step and now i keep clicking download my purchases but it wont do anything besides send me to my spore page. It shows the spore bot sparts icon but when i started up spore nothing is there!!! Do I have to sownload the 1.05 patch or something? plz anwser as soon as possible!

That would be the next question. Perhaps if anyone was able to get it to work today or yesterday, they would be kind enough to paste what the download address is - the one that their link actually led to in order to initiate the download in EADM. I'm assuming the link is broken for everyone though, otherwise I would be confused as to why it doesn't lead to the right place for only some of us.

Just to put it on the record, I am a Vista 64-bit user and tried the link both from Firefox and IE7, both up to date.

I'm also having this issue.. I've kept EADM updated... updated everything.. I click the link on the page and all it does is take me straight to spore.com and my EADM doesn't download anything. My profile is updated and says its associated with it but I don't get the parts package. =(

The problem is being looked into.

SporemasterSlime? What's the Spore 2 beta download next to the name of the person who made your signature? Also, in response to Captain Rockout, I wonder if your idea would work? I mean of course, the idea that someone who got it to work could post the real downloads link to the forums for everyone to click on. I think you're right about the link being broken. The problem seems to have appeared around the same time, so I assume those who have the new parts pack got it before the link broke.

Spore has been a life saver, haha.

Hi, my bot parts work fine and all but the easiest way to sum my problem up is that the game crashes the very second I use one of the social buttons when I have any of the bot parts on my creature in the main game. It does this continuously. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
