the official treath is crowed with pollution nobody willl see my post, they dont even speak about the contest in it

The reason why it is not Quebec is due to certain legal laws in that state. It is very hard to have a competition go across many countries due to all the regulations the company has to comply with. And many countries have contradicting laws. That is why this competition is US and Canada only, and it is lucky that they managed to get it running in Canada at all.
