OOC, no but it means if you don't a few random people may try and blow up your buildings because your "evil" it basically gives me more logical ability to do some special things later. and also means we have awesome news powers, i really never expected the halanians to care to much about it since they already distrust me but some others may belive it.
i think i said it wont really effect the leaders but your people may not be so happy about your decisions so some of your souldiours may have slightly less morale and so less attack. that sort of thing.

Champion Gastion: well, the transport is no were to be seen...but it disapered only a few minutes before it would have reached this moon, i am sorry for this wast of time but i could have been sure it was here...well a guess we could increase that compensation a bit...(gift increased from 5 points to 8) and we would love it if you let us find out where on earth that signal came from. as a race of scientist i'm sure many of our people would love to know of anything new to be discovered, of course we would give you any profit we make of it...assuming its valuable.

(as you can see hes not really a great diplomat, wonderful leader and an expert fighter, but could make a deal to save his life.)

goverment Itionio: we are not currently in any wars...although that may only last a few more days...if that so basically make sure you have a few troops spare at all times (about 3 points so if anyone attacks you can out them to defend anywhere.) and other than that i suggest you build up your industry(spice ports).

(that is, next turn since you have no more points this turn)

occ:what is a next turn?

OOC:...this game is played in turns once every body has spent there points or said they wish to save them i add all the stuff they have built to planets, do all the battles and then its the next turn and we get points again.

yes, i think shadow striker has spent his points, i dont remember about zacman, i know you have, so really its just me and Nate...and i think hes offline and i cant do much until he answerers the last thin i said to him.

well you can RP and just not spend any points, maybe make and then develop a few main characters in your empire, and as long as you don't spend any points its ok...other than that wait, you only really need to look at this RP once a day or more if you are actually doing lots of RPing and other people are actually online.

OOC: divide the troops up evenly between my planets plz

. i think i have two planets, so just split it 50troops/5vehicles per planet... if i have three planets, somehow, then split it 33 and 3 to each planet, with my home planet (Halan) getting 34 and 4. thanks!

P.S. i'll try to post more frequently, but like i said i have a lot on my plate in Real Life and i might be getting even more in the near future...

well i havn't been able to get to a computer in the last 2 days so i shall post what i will do and then this turn is over.

general Armin to Governor Itionio: i have a felling your little plan may be failing, from the reports i've seen the halanians are continuing to build up defenses the group sent to Grath Mail are taking far to long, i suggest we just attack and capture the moon then retrieve the artifacts.

Governor Itionio: it seems that i may have to do that...it is unfortuant, i was hoping to develop an alliance with the hallanians. how ever something of this importance cant be left to chance. i shall order 5 crusader tanks with infantry support to capture the moon((5 points on an attack on Grath Mail which i shall make, if you ever have some very important reason why you need a moon or spaceport "planet" just ask and i will add it)), and if they know what there fighting for it may make them fight a bit harder ((special to incress my guys health slightly in the next attackwhich rolled a 5 so shall work quite well)) also we shall need some transports to carry away the artifacts once we win the battle ((3 points wasted because i have the slight advantage of designing every battle and ever defense so should have a few slight disadvantages.))

Armin: well this should be an intresting start to an interesting war...to bad i wont be there to see it [mumbleing]stupid piece of junk, that fighter wasn't flight worthy
