Hmmmm. didnt know that. if we could harvest the bateria instead of farming the kangasroos we could genetically modity them to be more effective. but we need to be carfull and not swing to the othher extreme. i just read a good book about how we were too good at cealing up the air and we started the ice age agian.

i know its sort of my hang up

The already existent carbon cycle takes care of that quite nicely; nice & warm.

Even if we do clean up that stale air, I'll miss the snow that results from greater extremes.
Snow tastes delicious too; but again, could we afford to melt away alreafy existent snowscapes of our own accord?

Unless it's yellow.

Spore generally does taste good, but it's way too cold and icy to be properly digested (without the distinct possibility of freezing your insides one too much). So if you like want to go hiking and stuff and think "hell why do I need to take water, there's snow everywhere" you might want to rethink that.

EDIT: I meant snow... not spore. Lol

Just take something to cool that snow off, I'd suppose. It's legit more in a Bear Grylls way than in a 'I planned this all along' way.

When it snowed in the UK in January, the snow was somewhat cold, but from my experience, my gut could handle that. Not exactly perfect, but I consider it legit.

People do drink cold water to speed up their metabolism, & you guys in the US (adressing Slyth) do have a delicacy consisting of flavoured snow (snowcones)... from what I've learnt.

Exactly.
Get yours for free & without the gastronomical hyperbole that is the cone next time it snows, amirite?

Some of you should try reading 'the hockey stick & the climate change wars'; the struggles of Michael. E. Mann in a nice convenient book is probably what you need for this kind of subject.

From E-mail hacks to accusations despite his hockey stick graph being proven correct, you climate-experts may be interested.

You all must live in the city. Our snow is clean, because our state is one of the cleanest in the country!

When the snow gets deep enough, & you get some of the fresh untouched stuff, my underlying instinct & my recognition of it as water takes hold.

Depending on whether the extra heat is causing more extreme weather leading to snow in the uk, or whether it's actually supressing the effects of a supposed 'ice age' or natural snow, I'm not that big a fan of rising summer temperatures or declining snow.

Al Gore was the true winner of the elections that made George Bush 'president'; the elections were supposedly rigged slightly, & the votes counted in irregular ways.

Very easy to say that, but is there any decisive evidence that it was actually so? This is like the Russian elections, where vague innuendo is enough to spark demostrations (all by the opposition of course) but when it comes to producing actual evidence...
You also contradict yourself, first Al Gore is "the true winner" and then the "elections were SUPPOSEDLY" rigged slightly...

Lots of things are touchy subjects. Doesn't stop them from being discussed, nor should it.

I still get mine from the slushy machine.

Where i live we get good clean snow, over half the state is rural. i still don't eat it off the ground often any how. i have though, and it was GOOOOODD!!!

Gore Lost that's it

And global warming is a Natural Cycle that has been enhanced by us. And in the End the fresh water from the poles will shut down the Global Oceanic Conveyor and lead to a new Ice Age .
