or in this case the whole post in bold seeing as it had no RP in it. this makes it so much essayer to find what people are doing when i skim over the turn at the end to find what i need to put on the planets.

well each turn you have 10 + 1 for every spice port you have + plus anything you saved from last turn + an extra 2 fro every ten you saved from last turn

since this is your first turn you have 10-10 for a city=0

so you have none left...

OOC: hey guys, on the topic of the points and how to show what you are and aren't buying and stuff, here's some suggestions:
•If you're making an IC (in character) message and the leader says something like: "we're going to have to start building our defenses," then add in right then & there that you are buying something, but type the point-spending info in double parentheses (these things: (()) ) and bold. so it looks like this:

"we're goign to have to start building our defenses ((-5pts on 25troops/5troops)).

•at the start of each post, type in how many points you're starting the post with, and how many you end with.
•if you are buying a lot of things, you might want to type up a little summary at the end of your message.
example:

•5pts on 25troops/5vehicles;
•10points on 1 stronghold;
•4pts on 2 spice ports

all of those (except the last one) are illustrated in my above post, if you want to see them 'in action'.

Itionio to the halanians: of course it will be fine for you to send a few guards along, but please make sure they stay out of the way the goods from the trader are very unstable, which is why they are kept in very strong extreamly cold rooms inside the traders, the room should have survived the crash, but just in case they should let our specialists do the work. oh and one more thing, are you sure you don't want to tell us why The Emperor might be so interested in this sector?

They organized the army very well it was ready for battle now to meet are neighbors.

Itionio to random guy number A: i just noticed that all these other races are producing almost everything much faster than us, probably since we are exporting most of what we do make back to the empire, we need to stop this some how

Random guy number A: well we could sabotage there factories, it would be risky but could leave us as the only race in this sector with enough production power to survive, then every one else would be begging for our help

very low ranked diplomat 32: are you insane! that would never work, and even if it did it would result in nearly every one dieing from starvation or lack of other basic needs. instead we just need a few alliances and trading deals. it would fix our little money problem and help in any wars we get into.

Governor Itionio: hmmm...that gives me an idea. first we should start a media company, make sure they spin everything a little in our favor, just a little though so its not obvious, this may then allow us better relations with some of the smaller empires, which can sometimes be the most useful.((2 points on a special that allows us to be slightly more convincing which rolled a 6, fierily something went right. also anything being done secretly by anyone (including me) is very very slightly more likely to get noticed,not in the roll for the special but in RP form a turn or to later, ))

governor Itionio to sharta how is in charge of the Space News Service: good job getting this set up so quickly now people can receive news broadcasts anywhere in this sector, well lets test it out. heres the script for the first show, but add in anything you want.
