I don't think the problem is the text, but the fact that it's someone else's artwork, so you'd have to get their permission to use it. I might be mistaken though.

It turns out the unmarked image I was talking about was watermarked anyway. So you're correct. I wish I could find the artist's e-mail or something. :/
