One of my spaceships is saying it's uploaded, but not showing up properly on my profile. I get the gray Spore logo where its image should be.

Yes, I think we all have this problem. Sometimes, and I do mean sometimes, it will work, but most of the time people are getting the icon like you, or nothing at all. What makes it even stranger is that the autoupload while playing the game never fails to upload 12 copies of everything you make, regardless of complexity.. go figure.
