I posted the link becuase it's sorta taking up a lot of space in the Preview...

She looks good Alexzy. Her eyes are too close together, and she looks like she's eating a strand of her hair. I think that color is missing. Not on the border, but something on the creation itself.

I was thinking that the color was missing. I'll try to get to change it later. Thanks.

Um, has there been any mention, to those that enjoy making line art, that it's a good idea to hold "Shift" key, sink the odd looking base of the epee into the canvass, thereby forming a cohesive line?

I'm certain there's numerous ways of hiding the epee's base so the line art won't look like a finished page out of a connect-the-dot coloring book. Just a suggestion. <Batting eyelashes>

Umm yeah, that's sort of in the tutorial already.

No offense...

this forum deserves immortality FOREVER in the sporum. It's building editor info is unmatched in every aspect of the word. If i could find any forum more helpful. I would commit myself to it to the extent of advertising it elsewhere. This forum is a blessing to any user who is crippled in the way of building editors. I'm sure it will bring me great prosperity on spore. And for that, I thank you. ENGLISH TRANSLATION: mE LIKEZ THIS FORUM!! ITZ COOL N' STUFF!!

Commented on a couple of your Finn set buildings Mortensenii. You should make them links and you should also post a screenshot of one of them to get a better view

Like pwurman said, it says why they aren't flush in the tutorial. We all know what shift does, and I'm talking about high complexity ones here. If we made them flush against the border then we'd have to use three times the amount of epees. There's not enough complexity left for that. Making them stick out makes it so they are a lot longer. If you were to use shading, or if the epees met up to make a point or angle, and not just lines such as Copper's Doberman then it is doable; if you have enough complexity. It's also art, it's not supposed to be used for anything else...Nice "suggestion" btw....If you want to pretend that you know everything about the building editor, then actually know what you're talking about first. Your batting eyelashes are so cute too

And like I said before, this thread has page lag. Three posts on a new page.

That's cool Saki-sweetum-num-num. However, I've noticed that most people make line artworks that don't come close to maxing out the complex meter as most of yours do. The extra epees wouldn't hurt "other" creators so much.

Lastly, I've never insinuated that I knew it all. However, if you want slap that label on me, I'll be more than happy to wear it like a can of soup. Just for you though and only when the monthly biological custom isn't upon you.

As you would have it my dearest Nikkin. I shall never forget your irreplaceable affections, enlightening personality, and hair so golden and beautifully lustrous that it could only have been spun by the enchanted implements and mastery of Rumpelstiltskin .

My inner child weeps!

Thanks for the tips Sakiara, Probably try the screenshots this weekend when I've got a decent graphics card to get all the shininess.
