Jimonkey21 - Xhodo Civil War-Part 2

OOOH! Great adventure. I had to play it like ten time to get it all and succeed in finishing it. You really need to read all the texts and clues that are out there, but if you do so carefully you'll be able to play this incredible adventure.
It features multiple, totally different, locations. One of the best features of the whole adventure.

It is in "RemyPas' Worthy Missions" Sporecast.

Oh, you have to find an adventure to review yourself this time? I don't really know any good ones, and I doubt I'd get it anyway.

Here's my review:

Nano Virus - The Ride by midman

This adventure is different from your normal adventure-instead of a real goal, you just ride the ride! While somewhat short, the adventure is easily played by most captains. You will, however, need pulse or a missle launcher to beat the mission. The outside area where you start is slightly lacking. The ride itself, however, is very well detailed, and gives off the appearence it was meant to. The various props and effects were used quite well, and the clever trick at the end was great.

All in all,if I were a reviewer, this would be worthy!

Slyth33 - The Burning Sea III

Amazing sequel to a great series. Things are getting more and more strange and exciting. How did you get the creatures to use the transporters. I have tried many times, but never succeeded.
Anyway. The planet was stunning, the creatures are really great. And the way you made the "Queen"look, not really "queen"like, thus made her look really alien.
Got a bit lost searching for the bunker. But eventually I found it. (Wish I hadn't)
Anyway, It's Added to the cast, I'm sure you'd agree.

Glad you liked it, I had to remake and post 3 different version because of the different settings because for diffenet ground colors you need to have different heights...

And you should probably review Part-1 too I thought I posted it already but here it is...

http://www.spore.com/sporepedia#qry=usr-Jimonkey21%7C500178675716%3Asast-500536723597%3Apg-100

Description- This one is more like a prequel than a Part-1 It's mostly about how and why the Civil War started, You are summoned by the Xhodo Council because they are worried about a Civil War breaking out between two of their races...

I'm really sorry! I really just decided today. The lists were getting awfully long and I just had to do something.

Jimonkey21 - Xhodo Civil War-Part 1

Stunning opening scene, I mean with the hurd of Blawfers (I hope I remembered correctly). All locations you visit after that are really stunning to. (and believe me, there are a lot of different)
It's nice to see someone put in that amount of effort to make an adventure look beautiful.
The story is quite interesting to. I like the Idea of the different, (maybe related) Species and the council.
Was it me or did the council remind me of a certain movie?
Never mind that. An adventure that was beautifully put together and I can't wait to play the sequel. Oh, Wait, I already did.
Oke, I cant wait to play part 3.
Be sure to mention I have to review it when you finish and most the third part.

It's all good.

Mac's format keeps me verbose, which is what I want anyway.

Annnnnd here we go!

FuzzballsJr - Isles of the Lost Part II

Usually when a mission is worth 80+ points, that means that it's either amazing or broken. On this case, it's a little of both. The islands were quite scenic (apart from a few floating corners), and the story was very good. But, I also had to fight my way through a lot of potentially game breaking issues. One of the guys you have to move to in act 1 is on a platform that is inaccessible from the ground. My very capable test captain was able to fly over from a nearby rooftop, but wingless captains (or even those without the best wings) would never have made it. The priest/spirit character was stuck inside the rotunda building's roof, but I managed to talk to him by finding a sliver that had clipped through. I was finally stopped on the spirit island by the remains, which are hovering in the air for some reason. I tried to knock them down (again, flight required), but only succeeded in pushing them into the water, where they sank.

The mission has a good story, but it has far too many issues to be playable for most people.

Azzimmov - Magic 3

So close! Why is the "examine dark object" goal hidden before you enter the underground chamber? I had no idea I had to look at it, so I went inside and killed the demons. When I got back outside, I saw that the dark object was one of the goals, but then I failed the mission because I had already killed the demons.

Other than that though, the use of effects was great, and the grammar was better than most. The final battle was a bit strange (You don't have to fight at all, the ships will handle it for you), but it was fun to watch.

I'm going to say this one is worthy, but you may want to warn people about the hidden goal.

Schnitz1012 - The forgotten Kingdom part 2

Nice mission, I really felt a Legend of Zelda vibe inside the temple, which is great, because those are epic games. Too bad I couldn't bring our hideous pink friend inside with me, but I guess he would have died

The mission's pretty short, but it's also fun, so it's worthy!

gimli797 - Deadly Oceans (sequel to Kye Opal)

Like last time, you made a very nice city (what's left of it anyway), and the creatures were great too. The story was very good (remember the differences between their, there, and they're though, it's a pet peeve of mine!), definitely worthy!

ZeekSlider - How to Apply to College

Another great mission by ZeekSlider! This one will certainly be helpful to some of Spore's younger players who will have the joy of enduring the admissions process, and I liked the little bits of humor you sprinkled in (especially the brain dead athletic scholarship recipients!). The Art gallery was very well built, and the obnoxious roommate with loud music is something I'm all too familiar with...

Not so sure about your interpretation of the school of engineering though (I happen to be one of them )

That aside, it's a great addition to the sporecast! Worthy!

pelicanthor - Japanese town

Another educational mission! I really liked your traditional Japanese home designs, and the little bits of Japanese folklore and custom that were in here. The temple looked great too.

I did have a few issues though, the houses/village seemed a bit sterile, nobody actually lives in this town? It's also strangely open, looming mountains surrounding the village would have really made it feel like you stepped into a piece of traditional Japan.

Regardless, it's a good educational mission, and worthy!

Phew...

Thanks!

The building is a gate, and I set their waypoint to be far behind the teleporter so they'll try to run through it instead of stopping near it. Just make sure other actions take priority over the "move to" command (in this case fighting the guards when aware of the gurads) so they don't try to wander back to their destinations.

It's mostly effective, they do get caught up on the door from time to time.
