My kids gave me money to do a couple of them last year, but I decided to spend it on the farrier instead.
I think they probably didn't have any problem orienting this creation, because it's a typical "headed" bipedal with arms. There is a thread around here for someone who had a spaceship done, and it ended up backward on the base and very strange looking.
I don't know how or if he resolved it. I'd still be cautious about having them do something that didn't look "animal".
