I'm always very interested to see these things!

My kids gave me money to do a couple of them last year, but I decided to spend it on the farrier instead.

I think they probably didn't have any problem orienting this creation, because it's a typical "headed" bipedal with arms. There is a thread around here for someone who had a spaceship done, and it ended up backward on the base and very strange looking.

I don't know how or if he resolved it. I'd still be cautious about having them do something that didn't look "animal".

They definately use the powder process rather than the laser-cured polymer process.

I wonder if you can't sand out the graininess with some 1000 grit sandpaper or something.

That is an interesting idea. The color should be completely saturate, ja?

Hm, could start on the logo and test it out...

un / fortunately I'm good with fimo. Also, most of my stuff has whiskers, feathers or other fragile bits.

This is one technology we didn't use and I'm really naive about it.
