In Space stage, I encountered at least two separate star trek references: the Borg Neelix empire, and the Ferengi (who, coincidentally, charge an arm, a leg, and a firstborn for ANYTHING).

The Cell stage intro, at least as far as following the comet trail through the solar flare, is a shout out to the intro of Star Trek: Voyager.

I was eaten by an Epic Companion cube. Too bad I forgot to take a picture.

Let us not forget the humor in domesticating an animal and the music that plays on the way to the pen.

Is there something evil about carnivores hunting homo sapiens creatures or domesticating them for there eggs?

Ooh, the funniest thing?

I've just remembered.

The first day I got Spore, I evolved into a creature and didnt quite understand the whole, impress a creature or hunt a creature idea. So I befriend a creature and they're being all nice to me, I don't know what to do next (and they're not in my pack because the creature has the smallest brain) so I decided to kill it. Then I ate it... was funny.

The second funniest thing was back when I was trying to extinct all the creatures in creature mode, I was at a nest and had just killed an alpha of the species, a baby version started jumping with joy because I hadn't killed it, so my creature immediately spits and strikes it down...

Gotta love those moments!

I almost also forgot the tribe stage when you have your tribe selected and you right-click on the fireplace in the middle. Started playing mariachi music and made my girlfriend think I was even weirder.

Actually this is more sad than funny. An epic picked up my creature (in the creature stage of course) and then went to sleep! My poor creature wiggled around in it's hand until it died. But the funny part for me was when it hatched again...in the epic's hand! And it was stuck there! I had to start over, and that was likely a bug but it was funny...in a sad way.

In the space stage, I went to one of those planets where they say

"Do you want cake?

Oh.

We dont have cake

Are you selling cake?"

Went down to the planet and got attacket by an epic that looked like cake....

Weird...

One of my buddies tribes can't do anything.
When they hold food they can't move.
They can tame stuff.
They can (sometimes) walk.
If you tell them to do something, they look at you with a above their head

i saw an epic that was mine
but it was my smallest one so it wasn't really that big
i went to kill it
and when it was at 200 hp another huge epic comes over kills it in one hit then steps on my guy...
