Name: Birgit Falk

Mythical Parent and Abilities: Birgit is the daughter of the valkyrie Gunnr. She has wings, and can fly, although normally she disguises these wings as something or other. She can communicate with horses, and can call upon them at any time. Birgit also has healing abilities, and can heal major injuries to some extent. Her steed is a large wolf, golden fur, similar to her mother's steed. She can communicate telepathically with this wolf, whose name is Djupr, Old Norse for deep.

Personality: Birgit is a natural-born leader. When angry, she leans towards passive anger, preferring sarcasm and overexaggerated false kindness over more aggressive anger. Birgit tends to point out the flaws in people, and often reminds them of these flaws, urging people to improve. Birgit also tends to challenge peoples' authority, treating them with disrespect, even if they are equals. She is stubborn, and although allowing some arguments to be forgotten, will often treat the person disrespectfully. However, if you know Birgit well, she can drop this behavior, and become more amiable and friendly, though this is quite rare.

Bio: Birgit is the daughter of the valkyrie Gunnr, and a mortal man named Ethan Falk. Her father, after finding out the truth about Gunnr, drowned himself. Gunnr, horrified that the revelation had driven Ethan Falk to do such a thing, angrily abandoned Birgit in the streets of New York, New York, leaving her to fend for herself. Birgit soon became a bit infamous in the city, as she was known to to attack civilians walking through the streets, stealing money, food, and other belongings. Once she was 14, Birgit left New York, and started traveling through the world, looking for anybody who knew or knew of her mother.

Appearance: Birgit stands at about 5'9". She has silky, brown hair. Her hair is quite straight, and goes down a little past her shoulders. Birgit has bright blue eyes. One of her most noticeable features are her wings. Large, feathery wings, like all valkyries have. As Birgit isn't quite old enough, for a valkyrie, her wings are light gray. When in public, Birgit disguises them, or, on several occasions, hides them with limited magic. Birgit normally wears ragged clothes, most with two holes in the back for her wings. She generally wears jeans, a plain black t-shirt, and a denim jacket, which are currently her clothes until she can afford something else.
