It could be your graphis card. When I set everything on high on my bro's computer, it looks like everything is low resolution

if its your graphics card then how can ur computer produce everyone elses gold color on their creations?

I just dragged it into my game. You have the right paint textures. So I guess this proves that it's your graphics card.
