Yeah, a problem with some of the creations I have had stolen are obviously 3 year-olds. Why's that? It's because they would first save and upload an exact copy of my creation, changing the description to "I haev maid this guy becauz I am a winrar " and then COMPLETELY LEAVE the tags the same so I can find it while I'm Sporecasting some of my creations. Tell me, if you were wanting to pass off a creation as your own, wouldn't you at least clean out the creator's name in the tagline? I mean, My name is 5 characters long. You don't even have to break a sweat with your backspace finger.

If they are that stupid, then I suggest ignoring them, or laughing at their stupidity, as it seems to be there in abundance. Don't waste good anger on somebody that cannot even make complete sentences.

However, I agree with the need for a Maxis background check on creations so we avoid re-colors being featured. After all, there are plenty of good creators out there that never receive any recognition whatsoever.

Still, I hope that your problem resolves itself, or you at least get a good laugh out of their stupidity.

people have stolen my things before.

and I have stolen things too. but that was a while ago when I didn't know better. (meaning I literally just bought spore)

Whenever I see these complaints, I always wish that people like my creations enough to steal them.

The ones that were stolen that I am aware of are Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Heatran, Shoop da Whoop, and Bender. There are probably others, but those are the ones that I know of.

Plagiarism is pretty normal, just part of spore life. I avoid rating/commenting things with a lineage and no mention of the original creator in the description (unless it is on something of mine I have know has been permissed by me, like one of my templates)

MY creation got stolen. Had my name in tags/Descripton and on lineage. YET its a green faced on the MPN.

Just because I dont have as many subscribers that means someone else can take it and use it as there own?

Nice logic. I agree with making it so lineaged creations cant be rated/commented unless the orignial author says it can.
