Well you can't search a creation, just let them randomly pop up. So unless you want to kill all the crap creators you can't really find out where people live. Not to mention you can't zoom in so you can't get the exact location of someone.

...after watching it for 10 minutes, I saw one remotely good creation. I clicked on it, and it turned out to have been stolen. Figures.
