WE NEED A NEW SPOREMASTER! VOTE NOW!

I don't think we need a new SM, BlackBird and Parkaboy are perfect, but Ashkleon would be nice.

ok, I just want to know if anyone has even read this post I made?

Sporemasters are not employees of Maxis or EA they are regular people who volunteered for and and Maxis believed would be good for it, they do not get payed and are only here on their own time, no specific working hours.

Sorry guys, moderators aren't chosen based on popular vote. Maxis chooses them when and if they need them and as far as I know, they're not really looking for more. We don't get paid either and we don't work for Maxis. It's purely a volunteer position.

You're welcome to use this thread to discuss aspects of moderation so long as it doesn't get out of hand. I've locked every thread about moderation like this in the past because it turns into a flamewar.

A while ago I got suspended from the forums a day without any notification.... aren't we suppsosed to get notification of what we did wrong?

hmm...SporeMasterStealth....has a nice ring to it, no?

well I guess being a SM would have its perks, but think about it, would you be able to have as much fun anymore? You'd have to keep an eye on all the topics, or whichever you are assigned, you wouldn't be able to roleplay anymore because odds are you need to keep focoused on the forums, I just think that someone who wants to spend most of the time here enjoying themself shouldn't be a Spore Master

well BB has two accounts (his SM and his other one, OneBlackbird)...besides i never go near roleplay anyways...just saying.
