For future reference, do you see the edit button on your post? When you click that, you can edit your post and add stuff on, fix spelling mistakes, etc.

Yes, sure this is a good way to get an Easy-Points adventure build up:

Insta-Kill-Traps are really great!

For future reference, do you see the button "PM"? If you had clicked that, you would have prevented this thread from sliding into offtopic. Thanks.

You can, it's just that they have to be non-moving boats

Well, Thanks to you, I've solved the problem. I mixed some ideas, and ended up putting in a timer, and then laying a line of invisible, inverted teleporters that bring you back to the original island. The boat carries the Captain right over them, but if the captain swims into them, he's teleported, and even with lvl 5 speed and sprinting, theres no way they can make it to the dock in time.
I don't really think it will require a warning, as the quest giver informs you that the lake is acidic and your flesh will be eaten off in twenty seconds .

So thank you for all the ideas, if anybody else has this situation, perhaps you could try my solution.

Of COURSE you need pie to dominate the planet. Idiot.

From what I'm done in GA, your captain can't stay on a vehicle. I've tried to make a tank take the player from one spot to another. Unless the newest patch changed that or ground and water vehicles are different in some ways (I knwo for a fact one is on the ground and one is in the water... no stupid remarks...) then your captan cannot ride the boat. I will try if I can get one to work in GA. If I can I'll edit this post.

---!!!EDIT!!!---

My goodness! I was wrong! (Nothing new there.) You captain can ride a moving boat (vehicle) and can stand still while it's moving and won't move unless you provoke them. You can set a (go to) goal and make sure the boat doesn't move until this goal is complete. Then make the boat patrol or move to the area you want it to. My word! I'm excited! New adventure ideas already!

Yes, NuggetandSkull, your captain can ride on moving vehicles after patch 5. But after trial and error, it seems to me that there is - not exactly a bounding "box", but more of a triangle. The ship is essentialy circumscribed by a shape, and the Capptain is really riding on that.... Sorry I'm not good with explanations.
Example: You have a ship with a giant mast, and a little flat platform at the back. Your captain will not be able to stand ON the platform, instead, he will float above it, and the closer he is to the mast, the higher he will float. It's hard to explain, and if you managed to decipher that, congratulations.

I saw that with the ground vehicle. I made a boat (I hate using simple words at times...) that, literally, my captain was standing on it. I haven't made a succesful gound vehicle without that 'ramp' popping up. Airplanes are out of the question, however... If you put your captain on it, your captain will float above it. Even if you make a hollow spot inside of it your captain will float to the side. I'm already working on a new adventure for the boat. (I hate that word, now.) I'll try to get a video on youtube posted when and if I can work out the kinks. (The boat looks like a plank of wood with a mast, however. Lol... dang it, I said boat again...)

Yes, when I'm making a boat that is meant to be ridden, I usually make it as flat as possible. The "ramp" is only as steep as the vehicle is tall, so a flatter boat means a flatter surface for your captain to stand on.

But the nonsense with the key really does make no sense to me. I put a key on the front of the boat, but when my captain picked it up, or if it fell off, the boat just started to fly... I suppose I could use that in an adventure somehow, to make a bicycle fly like in ET or something...
