Not all parts have cuteness and meanness attributes.
Since Spore doesn't actually use these values they are essentially unsupported.
But all the base creature editor parts do have them and they are fun to explore

The creatureblockmap link above lists ALL the creature parts... that includes space accessories, tribal accessories, base creature editor etc.

Only the base creature ones have cuteness and meanness associated with them.

Also, as Hirnsausen pointed out there are some entries in there that don't have valid icons. Those are parts that did not make it to the game. I will remove them from the list soon.
