I'm all for it. I've always thought it was weird that you had no control whatsoever over voices.

I envision perhaps 5 "base" tones, selectable from radio buttons, with sliders that then alter the pitch, timbre, and selectable effect parameters - perhaps a filter, octave, chorus, or reverb effect.

I believe this is a great idea. One contribution: Speed of dialect. A voice can be changed by making it go faster or slower. For instance, my Cedar-heart creatures are a race of scientists, with what I hope will be slow, low speech because they are part plant. I also have a female GA captain named Milring, hearing her have a male voice in adventures has subtracted "real" points.

I signed and i encourage verybody to go to the max to make our voices heard.
