There's no way to see who you're allied with or at war against unless you actually talk to someone. Sure you can scroll your mouse over and see if they like you or not but its not enough. Especially if you are far from home base. It would be helpful to have a menu to pull up and see relations with other cultures. That way if a note pops up that the "Zork" empire is loosing interest or being attacked, you can pull it up and see at least what color they are.

And the way it is now, you dont need them, but it would be more useful to those of us who are more computer savy.

This way it would be easy to see who we are allied with, and who's ship we have with us. I hate having an ally spaceship blow up and having to travel to ALL of my allies to figure out which it was.

Yeah! Plus i cant tell by looking at the little ship icons who they are or even what color nation they are from.

There's non gamer user friendly, but this is stupid. It should have the option for real gamers to know more about whats going on, from your controlled colonies, to ecosystems to allies.

Depending on what you have selected along the bottom left of your UI, you'll see all allied and enemy sectors highlighted in red or green. That helps a bit. You can also check your local Sporepedia (under Space Stage or some such) to see all the races you know with their smiley rating next to them. I've had to do that a few times to figure out the name of the race I wanted to have my allies attack, hehe.

It would be really nice if you could click the little ships to see what race they're from, though. In fact, it seems so basic that I accidentally keep trying to do it. I forget whose ship is whose and have to run around to all my allies when one ship is defeated to figure out who can replace it.

Thats a good idea to pop into the sporepedia... Thats so roundabout though. sigh...

Lets vote more. Apparently they like popular ideas, and this one is 100% favored. Now if we had 100 people saying yes maybe it might get added.

I want to know their level of relationship straight from the sporepedia without having to scroll down to their planet. It isnt user friendly enough. I want information about my own planets level of ecosystem, and the production percentage of spice on my colonies, also how much spice they have stored. Im tired of zooming in everywhere to get that info.

I'm not sure a menu would integrate smoothly with the rest of the interface...

Tie it to the sporepedia. I should at least get relationship information popping up, or in the advanced view when i scroll over their picture like i would if i zoomed in on their planet.

Now that is something that I was just thinking about today as my second space stage game got started. Jeez I would love a central place with all that info. PLEASE MAXIS/EA PUT THIS IN!!

it should be a overview menu like how many planets your empire have and how much spice the planet have and spice production etc

Does anyone else besides me and Clouded think its strange that only Multicellulars and under have actually posted here yet? I honestly don't think its a big deal. You can check on the Sporepedia to see whose ships are whose and who is you ally and who isn't by thier smilie face.

EDIT: Anyone else think its strange that everyone who posted above che-dragpm19 was back in 2008, and apparently hasn't come back?
