When you click the download link, it is supposed to open up EADM so that it may download the file (it isn't supposed to open a normal download that asks you where to save the file.) If EADM does not start downloading, start EADM and then select the tab with your email address and click the red x to close that tab. Then click sign in and sign in to you spore account (the one you used when registering the Dr. Pepper code). The Dr. Pepper parts pack should show up on the spore account tab of the EADM.
If this doesn't happen, make sure you have updated EADM to the latest version, and turn off anti-virus programs and firewalls that could be blocking EADM.
If all fail, you can get the robot parts pack from a third-party site, which as far as we can tell is identical with the official one.
