Still, I suggest you take my advice and lower your sigs dimensions to 430 by 150.

They're much thinner, and will usually draw more attention to the focal, which is what you want.

Normally I make my sigs 480 by 130, but lately I'm liking the extra 20 pixels. I'll take your advice on the next sig though.

Yes it was ghost, thanks. I was quite pleased with it, was really simple to make as well. I can grab the psd if you're interested.

I didn't like it too much

Alright, finished the revised sig, replaced the Fractal with a different one, and again, I like it a lot. Much better, thanks for the tips ghost... Seriously, what would you rate the Zekrom one? BTW I know this isn't MUCH of an improvement but I just wanted to get the dark part out. I'm not so great with lighting, so I usually don't mess with it.

Ya gots no lighting. You should add a "light source" (usually in the form of a light-colored blob gaussian blurred a lot) that is not only logical with regards to the render's shading, but helps to bring emphasis to the render.

Uumm... I guess? But aside from me being a bit too lazy to put a blob in, how's the rest of the sig? Personally, I liked it darker, made the render seem a bit more epic.

As it is, it looks rather washed out. It SHOULD be darker in order to make things a little clearer.

All I've done with this is add in a gradient, some lighting, and did some color tweaking.

It had a gradient. It just didn't have enough power...

I've made requests to Exulted and Pinnacle Sigs but both went dead shortly after... One was assigned to Ghostofillusion who then quit, the other was never claimed. Is it okay if I make a request here?

I'm not a member, but I would say yes. Fill out the form, and remember, No form with a name of who you want to request from, no siggy.
